Account and sign-in

We process email address, password hash, verification data, session data and profile details to provide and secure your account.

Listings and moderation

Submitted listings, images, reports and review decisions are processed to operate and secure the platform. Only approved fields appear publicly. Private contact details are stored separately in encrypted form; no internal chat is offered.

Legal bases

Processing to perform the contract is based on GDPR Article 6(1)(b). Legal obligations rely on point (c), and security and abuse prevention on point (f). Additional legal bases for source research and contact disclosure will be assessed before those functions are enabled.

Recipients and hosting

Hosting is planned with STRATO. If purchases are enabled, Stripe processes payment references and payment data; full card data is not stored by the MSD portal. Other recipients and any international transfers must be documented before public operation.

Deletion and retention

You can close your account and request deletion. Listings are then hidden and access is disabled. Legal retention duties and handling of claims may require further restricted storage.

Your rights

Subject to legal requirements, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and you may object. You may complain to a data protection supervisory authority. Send privacy requests to the address in the legal notice.

Cookies and language

A necessary session cookie supports login and form protection. Language follows browser settings and manual selection; IP geolocation is not active. The current portal has no analytics or marketing cookies.
