Provider and scope

MSD DIRECT is operated by MSD-International UG (haftungsbeschränkt). These terms cover accounts, projects and sale listings by companies and individuals. Specific purchase terms are shown before a paid order.

Account

A verified account is required for submissions and protected information. Details must be accurate and current. Credentials must be kept confidential; suspected misuse must be reported.

Listings and rights

Users may submit only genuine and lawful offers or requests for which they have the required rights to text, images and contact data. Each listing is reviewed before publication. MSD may reject or hide unlawful, misleading or unauthorised content.

Prices and contact access

Posting a listing is currently free. Where information or contact access is offered, the scope and total price are shown before purchase. Contact details are released only after confirmed payment. A purchase guarantees neither a project, a sale nor an available offer.

MSD’s role

For third-party listings MSD is neither the seller of the item nor a party to a later project. Any agreement and performance are between the participants. Researched information is identified as a separate information service; its source and disclosure rights must be established.

Prohibited use

Fake listings, content without reuse rights, unlawful services, identity deception, spam, circumvention of access controls and use of purchased contact data outside the purpose of the relevant listing are prohibited. Problems can be reported through the report function.

Closure and deletion

Users may remove their own listings and close their account. Required review, purchase and accounting records may be retained with restricted access under applicable law. Removal of listings with purchased contacts is handled through support.

Accuracy, liability and consumer rights

Moderation does not guarantee the ongoing accuracy, suitability or availability of third-party details. Mandatory liability and consumer rights remain unaffected. Withdrawal, taxes, invoices and refunds must be established and displayed before paid services are enabled.
